joke…in Rohan you can see other players like in world of warcraft and you can attack them (+maybe – not sure for Rohan- they drop weapons,gold….etc) // it’s more player versus player than player versus monsters. In GW you can choose max 8 players that can help you trough the missions/quests.
but there are few diferences between Rohan and Guild Wars!
Rohan is crap and GW isnt
Eventho i find Rohan lil less graphic detailed
but anyway, GOOD job

Hello everyone! To be honest, Guild Wars is great MMORPG, but game misses a lot of Player versus Player action. That’s why i prefer Lineage 2 or Rohan online. Both games have a lot of PvE and PvP fights. Also Lineage 2 – Hellbound (new patch) presents new mode called PvPvE (player vs player vs environment), which will allow you to cooperate, attack and form alliances with monsters which aren’t controled by players! Jure, even though you love Guild Wars, maybe it’s time to try out new game! I played Lineage 2 for almost three years and i decided to try out Rohan. I’m very satisfied, so my advise is: “Give it a shot!”
By the way, no one explained to MŠ what MMORPG means:

i kinda dislike pvp – i rather play pve for gold/weapons and stuff…that’s my way of playing 
but i like alliance battles (“Alliance Battles are where the Luxon and Kurzick factions battle for control of towns on the game map. Each faction is represented by a team of twelve, split into three squads of four. Players form squads of four which are randomly teamed with two other teams for the match”). LINK
but there are few diferences between you & me
I know lineage game but i don’t find it interesting..i played it for ..huh, week or so but i didn’t like it

btw pvpve? so you attack monsters and pve? and pvp player kills you and gets experiences+your drop (which you don’t see in guild wars) & money from monster?

I agree, I shall call you Carebear from now on!
Lineage 2 also offers you great PvE spots, dungeons, bosses, for example to kill Valakas (strongest monster in game), there were needed 300 players and over 3 hours of fighting, but PvE can get boring after certain amount of time… Alliance fights are type of PvP then.
By the way, while playing Lineage 2 i spent 90% of my gameplay time PvEing…
PvPvE – means that monsters help you with fighting versus other players! For example, there is a strong Raid boss in Rune castle, raid boss helps defenders of the castle in battle against attackers and castle can’t be overtaken unless Raid boss dies! Maybe moe should be called “Player and Environment versus Player”

i’d fall asleep before boss would turn

yeah, i played Lineage 2, but the mmorpg game where you can see monsters and other players
LOL so all the guys call me g33k and i play like 5h per week (maybe) and you need like 3h to complete a task? lol again
well PvPvE is kinda included in Guild Wars too…(it’s not monster but anyway) rangers can bring pets into missions/quests… and there are a lot’s of quests where you’re able to grab hench’s (ghosts)…
I probably should replace “Hello” with “Guild Wars versus Lineage 2″! =)

I didn’t participate at Valakas siege, our alliance is far too weak to slay him.
I will explain PvPvE to you in school (in slovenian language), it should be easier
To be honest, it was my intention to make this topic Guild Wars vs. Lineage 2, cause I was too lazy to create my own Blog!
I just used yours to introduce Lineage2 to my school mates. I’m sorry
